• We believe that we can feed a growing global population with huge energy savings and zero carbon emissions

• Our climate control technology is based on a double wall construction filled with soap bubbles, allowing for acclimatisation of the system through a manageable, eco-friendly material. The soap provides excellent insulation and an adjustable PAR light exposure.

• Your goal is to create the desired growing climate, accounting for external factors and seasonality to provide the most favourable growing conditions in our greenhouses

The remuneration we offer is a combination of a competitive salary and stock:

• Industrial design, installation, operation, and performance of the climate control system as defined on project basis
• Control, process flow, and instrumentation setup
• Preparing design documentation in Autodesk software
• Optimise designs to achieve the lowest possible quantaties of material and consequently costs, without compromising on quality and project requirements
• Coordinate piping installations done by our subcontractors
• Selection of equipment, suppliers, and the technical management of those suppliers
• Maintaining bills of material
• Setting up standard solutions for the company

The Hague is a green city next to the North Sea, and in the middle of the Randstad. Being the seat of government it has a unique international vibe and it provides a wealth of different restaurants and bars. Connected to the world-class technical university of Delft and next to the innovative greenhouse industry of the Westland, we are located in the Apollo 14 startup hub in the Binckhorst; a former industrial area now home to many innovative companies.

BBBLS is een innovatief snelgroeiend bedrijf en is gevestigd bij ImpactCity in Den Haag. Wij bieden ons team een boeiende werkomgeving, flexibele uren en invloed op de toekomst van het bedrijf. Wij zijn een agri-tech startup en werken aan een revolutie in de glastuinbouw met een grote impact op het gebied van duurzaamheid:

• Wij zijn ervan overtuigd dat we de groeiende wereldbevolking kunnen voeden terwijl we een enorme hoeveelheid energie besparen en CO² neutraal opereren

• Onze technologie is gebaseerd op het gebruik van een dubbele (holle) wand die gevuld kan worden met zeepbellen. We controleren de teeltcondities met een flexible systeem, waarbij de zeepbellen een zeer hoge isolatiewaarde en een instelbare PAR lichttransmissie bieden.

• Industrieel ontwerp en installatie begeleiding van de klimaatsystemen in onze projecten
• Process-layout, process-ontwerp, controle- en instrumentatie flow
• Voorbereiden van ontwerpdocumentatie in Autodesk software
• Optimaliseren van ontwerpen met de kleinste hoeveelheid materiaal en daardoor kosten, zonder daarbij af te doen aan kwaliteit en project vereisten
• Coordineren van de leiding installaites door onze subcontractors
• Selecteren van installaties en leveranciers; technisch management van de leveranciers
• Het bijhouden van stuklijsten
• Creëren van standaarden voor het bedrijf

Den Haag is een groene stad grenzend aan de Noordzee en middenin de Randstad. Het biedt een unieke internationale sfeer met een ruime selectie aan bars, restaurants en talloze mogelijkheden voor ontspanning. Door onze hechte band met de TU Delft, de korte reisafstand tot de glastuinbouw in het Westland en ons kantoor in Apollo14 op de Binckhorst bieden we een dynamische en jonge werkomgeving.
